Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel System Business Analyst to provide Tier-1 support for our ATF customer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting travelers in navigating the E2 Travel system, answering inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the E2 Travel System, Federal Travel Regulation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the E2 Travel system to guide travelers in creating trips, generating authorizations, processing vouchers, and utilizing split pay functionality.

• Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist walk-in travelers with E2 Travel system-related questions and issues.

• Create comprehensive step-by-step guides to facilitate users' understanding of the E2 Travel system and its features.

• Conduct live demos to showcase the various functions of the E2 Travel system, including trip creation, authorization submission, voucher processing, and split pay management.

• Advise travelers on completing authorizations and submitting travel vouchers within the E2 Travel system while adhering to agency travel policies.

• Provide expertise in all aspects of the Federal Travel Regulation and agency-specific travel policies to ensure travelers are well-informed and compliant.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rejected E2 documents from UFMS (Unified Financial Management System), ensuring timely and accurate document processing.

• Maintain a well-organized database of documents and resources on the local intranet to facilitate easy access and reference.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience required demonstrating expertise in the E2 Travel system, including a thorough understanding of its features and functionalities.

• Strong familiarity with the Federal Travel Regulation and agency travel policies.

• Proven ability to create detailed step-by-step guides for using the E2 Travel system.

• Experience conducting live demos to showcase software functionality.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in trip and transaction processing.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a comprehensive database of documents and resources.

• Ability to communicate well and effectively face-to-face, by phone and email with clients and colleagues

Desired:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow

• Knowledge of Momentum ERP product or similar ERP product

• Understanding of Government Finance processes and principles.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $52,400 - $100,900.
