Hourly wage: $35.64/hr. (non-negotiable)

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III to support the National Security Division of DOJ in Washington DC.
This position does require a current Active Top Secret clearance.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Recommend and draft records management guidelines for agency-wide application in the areas of proper records management, protection, retrieval and destruction of federal records maintained in media, and participate in the monitoring of their implementation. Identify and address significant records management issues. Participate in the facilitation, development and maintenance of filing systems consistent with administrative, legal, and financial requirements. Advise on the implementation of new records management policies and classification systems; resolve problems with information management by effective use of software and other information management resources. Provide guidance and supports to internal staff for the proper utilization of an electronic records management system and the maintenance of agency records. Provide advice and guidance to management on the proper method for storing and indexing records. Devise and implement retention and disposal schedules. Develop, maintain, review, and document records systems. Make recommendations for determinations of records scheduling content for submission to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in compliance with established federal records laws. Research and analyze new laws which may impact the records program. Prepare summaries of new developments in the law that may affect operations or programs. Keep up to date on all aspects of records management (RM) laws and regulations. Prepare information to support reports and inquiries relating to operations under the Federal Records Act.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Records Management experience
Knowledge of RM laws and regulations
Must have active Top Secret clearance
4+ years of relevant experience
