Your future duties and responsibilities:

• As a member of this team, you will be working with Tier 3 support for Oracle EBS production issues.

• Work closely with the team and support quarterly releases.

• You will be engaged in all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Work with multiple teams and play key role in creating trust between IT and business teams.

• Understands business service requests and translates them into clear and actionable application directives.

• Partners with internal customers to gather business processes as well as project and development requirements using industry best practices while collaborating with multi-disciplined software teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Application to provide functional support to users in the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Federal Financials modules of GL, AP, PO, FV – Should possess understanding of Oracle EBS functionality and the underlying federal functional business process and requirements

• Must have experience with configurations for SLA and all referenced modules

• Must be familiar with Oracle Support and processes and how to leverage support effectively

• Must have understanding and experience with typical Federal financial integration points (SAM; Treasury systems – Fed Debt, CIR, DATA Act, & GTAS; Payroll; and Concur)

OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required

Experience with Unison PRISM using REST services

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74600 to 146900
