Position Description:

CGI Federal has an immediate opening for a Junior Analyst to support a DOD customer in Washington, DC. This person will provide junior level programmatic support for NAVSEA program office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide program support for a NAVSEA program.

  • Facilitate customer meetings to including drafting minutes and tracking actions

  • Coordinate program and meeting schedules

  • Assist in the drafting of briefings, technical documentation, and correspondence for the program

  • Assist in the review of briefings and reports in accordance with requirements

  • Research and analyze DoD acquisition policies and procedures

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.

Position requires 2 years of experience with the following:

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Requires analytical skills to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

Detailed oriented

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers

Ability to work independently and take a proactive role.

Efficiency with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Desired Experience:

Technical or Engineering Degree

NAVY or NAVSEA acquisition knowledge and experience

Knowledge of Navy Test and Evaluation requirements

Knowledge of Combat System Certification
