CGI Federal is seeking a Correspondence Management Analyst II to support the Criminal Division at DOJ.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Conduct technical reviews of correspondence prepared for signature of organization executives to assure consistency with agency procedures on completeness, timeliness and format standards. Provide assistance to staff to assure that
the tailored responses to inquiries from agency clients or interest groups on special matters are appropriate and in
compliance with executive preferences and policies. Assures that background and supporting information is provided in correspondence package.
• Reviews all controlled correspondence received in the Criminal Division
• Directs, assigns, and tracks correspondence to the appropriate Federal employees within the Division for prompt response.
Serves as a point of contact for internal and external components regarding procedure, and handling of correspondence as it relates to the Criminal Division.
• Prepares responses for standard or general issue correspondence
• Responsible for proofreading outgoing response letters generated from the unit or components
• Works directly with the Criminal Divisions Front Office ensuring the correspondence are routed and processed
• Serves as a subject matter expert which involves the use of the electronic documents management system for controlled correspondence
• Liaison to the Executive secretariat on all Whitehouse and Congressional matters
• Advises senior management of issues pertaining to correspondence
• Manages monthly and weekly status reports
• Provides overall correspondence system training for new users
• Assists with the development of internal policies and procedures
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must posses a DOJ MRPT clearance or must be able to obtain DOJ MRPT clearance
