Position Description:

CGI is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as our Vice President for the ServiceNow and UiPath Global Alliances to expand and manage our strategic Partnerships.

Are you a self-starter who is comfortable coordinating alliance Partnership activities across multiple business units, able to leverage your extensive network of contacts across ServiceNow and UiPath to help build and elevate the CGI Partnership to the highest status possible within these respective partner ecosystems?

This role can be located at any CGI office in the United States. Candidates should currently reside in the US.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As CGI's ServiceNow and UiPath Global Alliance Manager (GAM) you will strengthen our partnership and manage our global relationship with both ServiceNow and UiPath, driving growth for the organization. You will play a critical role in representing CGI, across relevant ServiceNow and UiPath organizations, ensuring that each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is aligned and benefits from the alliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with your Executive Sponsors, partner counterparts and your SBU Leads to develop the strategic goals, strategies, and direction of the alliance.

• Crafting and implementing Global Partner Business Plans, including member development and marketing, to increase CGI’s pipeline, revenue and overall market adoption of ServiceNow and UiPath aligned solutions.

• Facilitating smooth working relationships between CGI and the respective Partner and Sales organizations, driving alignment and engagement in key joint target accounts, maintaining the relationship at the global level, and developing the CGI Partner business relationships globally with both ServiceNow and UiPath.

• Collaborating with the ServiceNow and UiPath global Partner Development Managers (PDM) to define and execute Go to Market (GTM) programs that prioritize industries, define key offerings, and focus on innovation.

• Identify and drive joint sales and marketing opportunities around aligned strategic offerings.

• Evangelizing Partner solutions and value proposition internally within CGI and promoting CGI expertise and value within ServiceNow and UiPath as well as CGI clients.

• Running regular pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews with PDM and all internal partners.

• Supporting CGI in accelerated upskilling and certification, providing guidance to hire required expertise as needed.

• Support deal activity and work closely with the ServiceNow and UiPath PDMs and field sales to position CGI solutions and services.

• Maintaining and updating the ServiceNow and UiPath Alliance Partner Portal.

• Monitoring progress against the global partner business plan and tracking success against target KPI’s including partner aligned bookings and pipeline, partner certifications, partner aligned client success stories, and partner investment and incentives.

• Brief senior executives on the status of our ServiceNow and UiPath partnerships and achievements of the strategic growth plan.

• Handling Partner concerns and facilitating resolution when needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree combined with 10-15+ years in the IT and Business Consulting industry

• Experience in managing Partners/Alliances.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and UiPath technology offerings including their enterprise services, emerging AI offerings and other associated services.

• Executive contacts within the ServiceNow and UiPath global Partner organization.

• Experience with executive level presentations and communications.

• Curious mindset.

• Results-oriented with a consistent track record of successful delivery.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

• Agile thinking and working.

• Participation and external networking in industry forums

• Strong managerial and organization skills.

• Must be team oriented comfortable working in a highly decentralized organization.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $162,100 - $299,800.”
