Position Description:

In your role as an Offerings Manager at CGI you will develop and managed offerings that provide real business value to CGI’s customers. In this role you will work with technology and business teams to develop offerings and offering materials (pre-sales, sales, delivery and offering management) that support our customer’s digital transformation journey. If you are the ideal candidate you will have a passion for technology, as well as, strong organizational and communication skills. You will also need to create strong working relationship with stakeholders within and outside your organization.

Location is flexible - work can be performed at any CGI Office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Offerings Manager plays a key role in standardizing our services, enabling us to market those services effectively and is responsible for:

• Evangelize Offerings through internal and external demonstrations

• Identify capabilities that provide a competitive advantage and solidify its place for future market needs

• Interact with clients to ensure capabilities and service offerings meets and enhances their business

• Identify and communicate opportunities in terms of business cases and company communications

• Work in coordination with delivery, client engagement, sales and BU partners to ensure successful adoption of new and existing capabilities

• Be aware of and review complementary solutions and build relationships with potential internal and external partners

• Be the owner and main point of contact for service capabilities and coordinate with other specialists in CGI who contribute to service creation and delivery

• Develop Offering Collateral including Roadmaps, Quality Plans, Marketing Collateral, Sales Presentations and delivery plans

• Develop and maintain a service roadmap(s) that specifies functionality for current and future service delivery options

• Develop competitor analysis through market research and utilization of the Global Marketing team

• Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute

• Communicate all significant opportunities to the executive team with details of the business rationale, financial forecasts and risk assessment

• Support business development in pre-sales demonstrations and proposal development support to secure new customer business

• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure customer feedback is up to date

• Develop white papers and thought leadership presentations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10 yrs. IT services management and/or infrastructure and operations management

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements

• Sales engineering and managed services solutions design and pricing

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in developing and delivering presentations on solution and business case/value to senior level managers

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to think ‘outside the box’ to solve problems.

• Experience managing multi-site delivery of application and infrastructure services including public cloud services

• Ability to develop shared service offerings in an IT service provider environment

• Experience managing and working with technical architects

• Experience on large scale proposal efforts and proposal writing

• At least 5 years of experience in financial business analysis to validate pricing against business case.

• Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language

• Project management experience; PMP a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Master’s Degree (a plus)
