Position Description:

The Project Manager with REMS experience is aligned with the Global Pharmaceutical Development & Operations (GPDO), supporting the Program Manager and the Business Partner(s) of the GPDO, and work closely with project stakeholders. The Project Manager will have primary responsibility for managing and driving effective and efficient execution of selected projects within the GPDO, assigned by the Program Manager, in collaboration with all members of the project teams.

FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Commercial IT Business Partner serves as the IT liaison to the HemOnc Strategic Planning & Decision Analysis franchise to drive business technology development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. The Business Partner works in collaboration cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, IT PMO and other IT groups.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner and engage with the HemOnc commercial business to drive tactical activities to deliver business objectives and to ensure high-quality, flexible and customer-focused operations

•Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, IT and outside vendors

•Identify, track, and maintain an inventory of business needs to be defined in detail for application systems

•Work with business stakeholders to establish and maintain business priorities for system solutions

•Understand project management and contribute to defining work plans and keeping track of progress

•Act as Business Analyst for initiatives: elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business requirements; identify gaps between system capabilities and business requirements; and map capabilities to requirements to ensure that business needs are met

•Develop business area process models, activity diagrams, use cases and create logical level data models

•Assess solution alternatives

•Lead the translation of business and user requirements into UAT

•Maintain and update documentation (and SOP documents) as changes in systems and business processes occur

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications

•Strong communication skills – verbal and written

•Strong customer and business relationships

•Project strong positive presence with customers and senior management

•Experience as a Business Analyst

•Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science industry experience preferably within digital, data and analytics

•Project experience with web-based requirements, design, or development
