Position Description:

Facilitation and management of programs in IT at a major Pharmaceutical company in support of Financial Operations and functions supporting a growing biotech with global expansion objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Have ability to facilitate workshops and having professional conversations facilitating outcomes and driving to business results.

• Secondary / Back up contact for internal customers and external vendors engaged in special initiatives under the direction of client business partner leader.

• Have experience and ability for business case development with business leaders to achieve their organizational goals.

• Assist the Business leader and Program Manager(s) in the day to day duties of a project’s administration

• Support all dimensions of project administrative activities (scheduling meetings, documenting decisions and actions, documenting meeting minutes, regular status updates) for multiple projects

• Assist in project supporting activities (i.e., coordinating workshops)

• Work under the direction of the Business partner in partnership with the senior program manager and Business functional leads

• Maintain contact between Project Managers and team leads/members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• A Bachelor degree, high level diploma or equivalent in Finance, Management Information Services, Business Administration or a related discipline with an Information Technology focus and/or relevant program management experience

• At least five years of progressive Business Advisory experience in implementing business information systems including organization change management and/or organization design in a corporate function such as Finance, Legal, HR, or function that supports enterprise wide capabilities.

• Pharmaceutical or bio-technology or healthcare provider sector experience is a major asset.

• Financial systems implementation, Business Process Outsourcing specifically focused on financial operations, or managing financial operations teams on a global basis.

• Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Domain knowledge of financial operations functions and organizational efficiency.

• Business process engineering and workflow design experience.

• Highly organized and results oriented.

• Senior level communication abilities with expert capability in communication techniques designed to influence, guide and drive toward outcomes.

• Experience interacting with executive leadership is a plus

• Supporting Financial Operations clients in an I.T. capacity

• SDLC – AGILE - CSM
