Position Description:

CGI is seeking Customer Service Representatives in our Puerto Rico office to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in helping the CGI team deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be highly valued in this high profile position. If you are great with juggling different tasks and like providing service with a smile, this is the place for you!

Representatives within this department will have the option to work part time hours (less than 20 hours per week) or full time (40 hours per week), and may be required to work after hours and weekends.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Establish a relationship of trust and provide recommendations and/or answers to customer queries

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed

• Plan and organize your tasks to meet service levels and clients’ expectations

• Respect quality standards for communicating with clients

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Work within a team setting or alone, when needed

• Listen attentively and provide recommendations and/or answers to customer queries

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•High school diploma or GED is required to support this client

•Bilingual in English and Spanish

•Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills

•Demonstrate organization skills in order to handle multiple take simultaneously; such as answering multiple call at one time
