Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Case Management system) to join our CGI team in Sacramento, CA!

The position is located in Sacramento, CA. However, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for solving problems to join our team in Northern California for an exciting opportunity on a growing Public Sector program centered around a Case Management system.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

• Strong business analyst that can lead and support the design of various components of a case management system under the mentorship of SMEs and architects. Experience with case management systems required.

• Proven ability to design and develop business workflows, perform well-rounded analysis of business requirements including system impacts

• Strong requirements elicitation skills including ability to ask good questions based on high-level business requirements from the Client, think of out-of-the-box scenarios and come up with good system designs that meet the business requirements

• Familiar with the agile process including writing good features, user stories, acceptance criteria, developing epic roadmaps, and explaining the business goals and intent of features to technical staff such as developers and testers.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Superb oral and written communication skills. Can communicate clearly around tasks, impediments, and risks. Can lead demos of business features as necessary.

• Demonstrated follow-through and independence in tackling assigned work

• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. Exposure to Structure Roadmap is a huge plus.

• Prior State experience and experience with health and human services will be a huge plus.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and can juggle multiple priorities.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis, Requirement Elicitation, writing user stories, and developing agile roadmaps

Minimum of 2+ years of agile experience

Business Analysis experience as it relates to Case Management systems

Experience:

Business Analysis - 5+years

JIRA - 4+ years

Confluence - 4+ years

Roadmaps - 5+ years
