Position Description:

As a Development Manager, you will lead technical and strategic direction and collaborate with a cross-discipline team of engineers, management, and customers to design innovative solutions for our clients. The role is a significant position that involves working with customers and other stakeholders by developing and implementing solutions in a complex, highly dynamic environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provides guidance to all DS development teams, setting design/development standards, software architectures, CI/CD, and support tools to encourage outstanding quality, maintainability, and integration in CTO's development program, including Out-of-Scope teams, and SaaS efforts

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; an advanced degree is preferred. Experience can be considered in lieu of a degree

• An active Top Secret clearance is required

• A minimum of ten years of experience in managing complex IT software development programs

• PMI Agile Practitioner or equivalent

• A minimum of four years of experience managing concurrent Agile software development initiatives

• A minimum of three years of experience implementing DevSecOps concepts and principles at an enterprise level

• A minimum of three years of experience implementing an automated Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

• A minimum of three years of experience integrating automated testing into a CI/CD pipeline

• A minimum of five years of hands-on development experience
