CGI is seeking a Back Office Service Operator to join our team!
You will ultimately be responsible for Back Office payroll form processing including garnishments, tax forms, direct deposits, etc.
The Back Office service operator will assist with Key Data Entry (KDE) of payroll forms as needed and will work with the Back Office team. Depending on volumes, service operator may be asked to assist the Timesheet Processing Facility team (TPF) with key data entry and timesheet indexing.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Back Office Form Processing
May participate in opening, sorting and batching forms.
Tracking form volumes and adjusting priorities based on SLA needs
May participate in Key Data Entry (KDE) of payroll forms
Functions positively in a technological and team-based environment
Makes suggestions for improvements for current business processes as identified
Follows all pertinent policies and procedures
Maintains production standards and meets quality expectations.
Work with multiple functional areas (Back Office and TPF team tasks) to ensure overall Service Level Agreements are met.
• Follows all guidelines in compliance with security and privacy standards, inclusive of but not limited to HIPAA standards
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be detail oriented – accuracy is important
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ACCESS, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
