Position Description:

CGI is seeking a seasoned professional to join our growing team supporting life science clients through end to end solution offerings and professional services. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from CGI, and our end-clients. This member will work at various CGI/ clients consulting and executing various life science business and IT initiatives from road map assessment architecture best practice phase implementations, and go live.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Technical senior consultant is a key member of our Life Sciences organization in the US. In addition to being responsible for co-developing solutions on Salesforce / Veeva CRM (and potentially Vault) platforms, the Senior Consultant will act as an expert in needs and requirement assessments, and system configuration and upgrade.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting on best practices, overall solutions, requirements gathering, and implementation of Veeva CRM projects

• Provide ongoing support to clients on application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation.

• Provide admin support for adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy.

• Leading the development and maintenance of sandbox environments; deploying changes

• Conduct ad-hoc data imports and exports

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the life sciences industry, implementing Salesforce, Veeva CRM (and preferably Veeva Vault).

• Administrative knowledge Salesforce.com; level 2 certification is a plus.

• Customer service or consulting experience with life sciences clients

• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and/or Veeva products, either through work at industry participants or consulting.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
