Position Description:

CGI is seeking a seasoned project managers to join our growing team supporting life science clients through end to end solution offerings and professional services.. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from CGI, and our end-clients. This project manager will work at various CGI/ clients consulting and executing various life science business and IT initiatives from road map assessment architecture best practice phase implementations, and go live.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Project Overview:

This project is focused on continuing to build out the People Analytics capabilities within HR. The goal of the project is to continue to build a strong foundation of People Analytics tools and skills in order to promote a data centric culture and provide actionable insights across the employee lifecycle processes. That foundation includes building a new database for HR - segregating sensitive protected employee demographic data (based on analysis conducted during Phase 1 by I&T) and expanding the People Analytics capabilities and dashboards. This will increase the availability of insights through analytics to a broader group of users.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience and Skills:

• Workday, SAP Hana, QlikSense, and Access database familiarity and or experience

• Implementation - Develop/configure the new compliant database, work on a few identified capabilities focused on Monthly Headcount and Promotion Analysis, deliver across HR, conduct change management and training for HR Business Partners and HR COEs

• HRIS experience, multiple concurrent projects

• Manage stakeholder (business and IT) engagement effectively.

• HR Dashboarding Reporting and Transformation experience

• Facilitate learning opportunities for the HR community around understanding current Data and Metrics

• Conduct Monthly Headcount briefings with HR Business Partners

• Assess analytics resources to support continued growth

• Data and Technology (HR Analytics team and HR Systems team)

• Coordinate review with HR Data Governance Board to ensure consistent metrics and analytics

• Expand Qliksense access and dashboards to HRBPs and HR COE users

• Solid written and oral communication skills

• Ability to inspire confidence when interacting with Executive level management

• MS Office, MS Project, Waterfall, Agile project experience highly preferred
