The Change Management Practitioner should have 7-10 years of experience leading clients through the organizational change management process associated with large digital transformations. Experience working specifically with pharmaceutical clients and within the regulated (GxP) environment is preferable. The Change Management Practitioner is expected to lead all aspects of a Change Management Methodology, interfacing with IT and Business client stakeholders, as well as with the project delivery team. He or she should be familiar with the standard deliverables associated with organizational change management, such as the Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Change Strategy and Change Plan. For this specific project, the Change Management Practitioner will lead the creation of the Change and Communications plan through interaction with all impacted stakeholders. Experience with agile methodology preferable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
• Demonstrates facility in customer-facing activities including:
o Use client knowledge to identify and analyze impacted functions
o Demonstrate Change Management best practices in creating and communicating Project Vision to obtain stakeholder support
o Utilize Change Management best practices to perform Stakeholder Assessment, and to communicate to client leadership
o Work closely with client and project delivery team to create Change Strategy and Plan to be used during project execution
o Proactively plans communications to be used by project delivery team when interfacing with impacted stakeholders
o Identify and mitigate risks in change management during project delivery
• Contributes to Change Management community by identifying and sharing best practices to be leveraged by practitioners
• Lead the creation, review, and finalization of the following deliverables: Stakeholder Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Change Strategy, Change Plan
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline)
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to analyze, articulate and solve problems
• Ability to learn quickly, move with agility between assignments, multi-task, and to work effectively in a team environment, both face-to-face and remotely
• Ability to support projects from inception to successful implementation
• Experience with Change Management processes and tools
• Familiarity with software development process
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
• Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, as well as documenting them and presenting/selling them to senior management
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations
