We are hiring a Product Owner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations

• Create User Stories and prioritize the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.

• Oversee the product development team

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals

• Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software

• Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase

• Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software

• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process

• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects

• Coordinate with offshore team for solution delivery

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of IT experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner

• 3 years of experience with Product backlog refinement

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process

• Successful track-record of developing products and meeting deadlines

• Experience with Jira

• In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Creative and innovative thinker

• Previous experience working in the Banking domain highly desired.

Education: BS in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
