We are looking for an exceptional Lead PEGA Architect to develop and maintain the PEGA instance used as the decisioning core for in-bound and out-bound marketing for a major financial institution. This position requires 7+ years of experience including PCLSA certification.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design and develop applications using PEGA
• Codes, tests, debugs documents and implements complex software applications.
• Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.
• Develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.
• Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 7+ years’ experience in PEGA
• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) with 5+ years of experience in the role.
• 2+ years of experience working with PEGA Marketing
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile project
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related IT field or equivalent combination of experience and education
