Position Description:

We’re looking for Java Tech Lead to lead a team and bring fresh ideas and innovations from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, artificial intelligence, Robotics Automation Process (RPA), Blockchain – Distributed Ledger Technology, software architecture, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day. As Java Lead, you’ll lead specific projects critical to Innovation needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. This position engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to tackle new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.

• Consults junior staff regarding complex issues and best practices.

• Provides a systematic analysis on the most complex client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.

• Oversees the quality of complex project deliverables while ensuring that they are in compliance with relevant standards and processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Actively hands-on with Java 8+, Spring Boot with other Spring Frameworks, Oracle SQLs and Microservice application developments.

• Sound knowledge in core Java and asynchronous programming.

• Writing disciplined well-typed, efficient, testable and maintainable code that gives other programmers take complete control over the development process.

• Track record of delivering quality products.

• Passion for learning new technologies and developing skills. Level-up the coding practice on every opportunity.

• Knack for getting things done, whether it be independently or in a team

• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Good communication skills.
