As a Java Microservices Developer, you should have 4-8+ years of experience with a superior software development background and be able to facilitate, design, and develop technical solutions. You will interact with Lead Developers, System Analysts, Business Users, Architects, Test Analysts, Project Managers and peer developers to analyze system requirements, design and develop software solutions and enhancements. Construct technical solutions and supporting deliverables to enable the client to accomplish its business objectives.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for sound and high quality technical deliverables.
• Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.
• Produce high quality code; following and recommending best practices
• You will resolve technical problems discovered by the team and internal clients Researching issues and performing root cause analysis.
• IAM experience highly desired
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams.
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Good communication skills.
• Strong Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Team Oriented and can work independently.
Must Have Technical Skills:
• 5-8+ years’ experience designing and developing Java based applications in an Enterprise environment
• 1+ years experience with Microservices
• 3-4 years of Linux including basic commands of Linux. Protegrity is Linux base appliance and console for installation/navigation/upgrade.
• 3-4 years of Database experience (Oracle/Teradata/SQL).
• 3-4 years of RESTful Web services and JSON experience.
• An inherent ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
• IAM Experience
• Experience in Financial Services
Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related IT field or equivalent combination of experience and education
