We are hiring a Full stack Java Developer that will work on the back end, do client side scripting and UI work. The best candidate for this role will have experience working with an unlimited level of technical ambiguity in an effort to solve defined business problems. This position would suit a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic software developer with a proven track-record not only in delivering quality applications, but also in providing excellent customer service. Experience with various technologies is important, but of higher importance is the ability to research, select, and learn new patterns and technologies efficiently.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Full stack development across the back-end, client side, and UI. Lead an offshore team, mentor others, and delegate. Design innovative solutions. You will be expected to recommend development options, including design, build, and test. Follow best practices and strategy on Front End /Backend Development for given applications.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Ability to think independently, work and communicate with others at all levels, and make progress efficiently. Java, J2EE, SOAP and REST Services, JDBC, SQL (Oracle experience preferred), Angular framework. Experience with tools such used in Microservice based systems like Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Netflix OSS tools, Kafka, etc. Experience in containerization and CaaS platforms (OpenShift experience highly desired)

• 8 years of IT experience

• Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Strong written and oral communication with non-developers.

Tech Stack:

• Java/J2EE

• SQL (Oracle preferred)

• Angular 2• Spring Boot

• Microservices

Desired Skills: Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, RAD (Rational Application Developer) and / or Eclipse, Agile, RESTful Web Services, Open Shift

Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related IT field or equivalent combination of experience and education
