Position Description:

We have an immediate need to hire an accomplished IBM BPM Developer to join our Banking Group in the Great Lakes business unit in Pittsburgh, PA. We offer an exciting full-time opportunity that includes a complete benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, etc.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• The BPM Developer will work with multiple project delivery teams performing process design, development and/or improvement

• Leads and has direct responsibility for one or more technology projects.

• Completes the delivery of design, code or testing for modules or multiple functions related to IS development initiatives.

• Prepares requirement definition, design, technical specifications.

• Provides coding, testing and implementation support for identified technical platform (i.e., Mainframe, Mid-range, Distributed or Web).

• Analyzes user requirements, and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks

• Willing to travel occasionally to Ohio

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years overall experience with 6+ years with IBM BPM

• Experience in IBM BPM 8.6.7 required

• Experience in Responsive coaches, app migrations and ability to create frameworks and utilities.

• Expertise with creating business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems and translating detailed requirements into functional system designs.

• Leads and has direct responsibility for one or more technology projects.

• Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.

• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
