CGI is looking for a Sr. Software Developer to help drive the mission forward on a program we support for the Air Force.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software

• Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting

• Analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program, data acquisition, programming techniques and controls

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelors degree with five (5) years of software development experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship are required

• Agile development experience

• Experience with Python, JavaScript (VUE, Node.JS, Flask), Docker, Apache (Kafka, Streams, Tomcat), Rabbit MQ, NGINX, GIT, JIRA

• Desire to lead and collaborate with developers and QA testers

• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to research, troubleshoot, and determine solutions

Strong organizational, time-management, written and communications skills

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,900 - $228,800.
