Position Description:

The candidate will be part of a retail transformation program team for a global luxury jewelry and specialty retailer. The team will implement, integrate and globally roll out CEGID Y2 to the all the stores. The candidate will be involved from the start including design and build of the core model and pilot deployment phase. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a high performing cross functional team of global retail experts in providing end-to-end project and support services, from ERP to store, while integrating the various building blocks of a future state retail vision. The world wide rollout and support will cover stores/locations in US, Canada, Europe, Japan, as well as the Latin America and Pacific Asia regions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The candidate will bring strong CEGID Y2 package functional and technical expert expertise to the team and will be involved in all phases of the end-to-end program. As the CEGID Y2 expert on the team, bringing experience deploying CEGID Y2 solution, the candidate will be expected to

• Bring excellent Retail business knowledge including but not limited to:

o Store purchase management

o Stock Management in Stores

o Sales process

o Omni-channel

• Understand and analyze client’s business needs

• Map the CEGID Y2 capabilities to client needs

• Contribute to functional and technical design

• Drive core model design workshops; workshop animation with end-users

• Build/configure the CEGID Y2 Solution components

• Configure Y2 development and test environments

• Assist with test strategy and planning

• Assist with end-to-end testing and UAT

• Support pilot phase activities

• Deliver end-user documentation

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years experience with CEGID

• 7+ years in Retail Industry

• Proven expertise in deploying CEGID Y2 solutions

• Demonstrated functional and technical expertise in CEGID Y2

• Excellent knowledge of IT Retail solutions from IS Architectures to Store deployments

• Relevant Certifications (CEGID) are preferred

• Knowledge of Luxury retail is a plus

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution. A Master’s or other advanced degrees/relevant certifications (ex. CEGID) are preferred.

3Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84,000-$140,000*
