This positions must be located in Nashville, TN.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
Act as point person for IT support delivered to critical business group
Identify and understand customer expectations, business processes, and IT applications
Partner with business users to gather and document business requirements
Partner with business users to analyze and manage support tickets
Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements
Partner with other members of the IT delivery team to finalize design documents and support Full IT lifecycle processes.
Help perform user acceptance testing
Understand Business/Operational and IT Systems Analysis & Integration
Perform functional analysis of existing systems/applications and document findings
Interact with both Business Partners and/or end-users as well as programmers, IT staff
Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience as Business analyst / Functional analyst or a similar role
Good written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to learning business processes and how IT systems fulfill these needs at a detailed level to support ongoing operations and evolving business needs.
Expertise in planning and conducting facilitative sessions for requirements gathering
Experience in agile methodology and the JIRA system will be an added advantage

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $60,300 - $133,500.
