Position Description:

Resident to be liaison between NetApp and client for HW installation support, configuration, storage architecture. Must be local resource in Minneapolis.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Work with client engineering to implement HW and SW in global enterprise environment. Critical to establish strong trusted advisor relationship with the customer and build confidence in NetApp products, being very proactive to assist the customer and account team with activities and issues, and facilitating necessary NetApp resources/experts to fill in any gaps.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Location: 20% Onsite / 80% remote but must be within 2 hrs of Twin Cities area and Client offices

Customer requires a BI attestation letter

Required skills in order of priority:

  • NetApp AFF/FAS/Hardware (shelves, cabling, etc.)

  • cDOT

  • Backup/DR/Multi-site configuration

  • Object storage / StorageGRID - Solid experience with SG. Prior requirement was an ‘understanding’

  • Nice to have OCI / CI experience

  • Able to travel locally in Minneapolis between sites. 80% remote but must be within 2 hrs of Twin Cities area and client offices
