We are initiating a major project that will build a new platform to support stock transfer and investment plan services to more than 1,200 companies across the United States. Project will consist of combining the best in breed solution assets of the portfolios, and stand up a world class solution in a new data center to support the Services division. Services provided include stock transfer and registrar, dividend disbursement, investment plan, employee stock purchase plan, full escheatment, and corporate action services, as well as annual meeting, proxy, and tabulation services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in enterprise solutions environments.
Looking for a strong technical analyst to translate complex business requirements into technical functional design documentation, FSDs, data mapping, data analysis, UI design, UML, mock up, issue resolution. Strong SQL proficiency mandatory. Effective in a fast paced, hard deadline environment. Strong communication skills.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
Strong SQL / DB analysis
Axure Pro - preferred
Strong technical background
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
3+ years of investment banking experience
3+ years of project management methodology experience
4+ years of analytical experience
6+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
6+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
7+ years of business intelligence experience
6+ years of experience working in a large enterprise network organization
6 + years of experience with Agile tools
7+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
