This position can be located in Middletown, NJ or Bedminster, NJ. You will be required to be at the client site 2-3 days/week.
CGI is adding a new Technical Project Manager to our engagement in support of our client's Chief Data Office organization. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for successfully delivering high profile data-driven projects for our client's. The strategic vision is to drive this organizations ability to leverage data in new and innovative ways to drive down costs and increase revenue across various Business Units.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess 6-7 years of relevant project management experience; including managing telecom/communications projects throughout the Project Management Life Cycle and therein, and strong experience managing data-driven projects. In addition, the ideal candidate will have application and infrastructure knowledge and a sound knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle including some exposure to Artificial Intelligence. Strong oral and written communication skills, a strong combination of business and technical knowledge, a high attention to detail and the ability to manage a multitude of priorities simultaneously are key in this role.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• PMP or CSM certifications (preferred)
• Stakeholder Management
• Experience managing project constraints (scope/schedule & budget) Complex project schedules of up to one year in duration Complex project budgets of up to $1 million, including tracking actuals and forecasting ETCs Project Teams of 30 people or greater
• Risk, Change, Vendor and Contract Management knowledge/experience
• Ability to participate in conversations with leadership
• Four Year Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• SDLC experience (Waterfall, Agile Preferrable)
• Scrum/SAFe methodology experience
• Data Analytics experience
• Generative Artificial Intelligence experience
• Web Technology experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Adobe Product Knowledge
• Web Analytics and reporting experience
• Soft Skills such as strong oral/written communication, high attention to detail, self-starter, multi-tasker, and motivated

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800- $202,700.
