Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Business Analyst (ERP) to join our team!

You will be leveraging your analytical and enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge as a consultant assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement ERP solutions but to help them gain the most benefit from their ERP investment.

You will be a great individual contributor but relish working as a team player in a highly collaborative, modern agile implementation environment.

You will leverage your systems implementation experience be excited to learn new tools and solutions to hone your craft and make our clients successful.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Strong analytical thinking with great client-facing oral and written communication skills that will be applied to help understand, document, assess, recommend, and implement approaches to help our state and local government and education clients successfully implement new, modern ERP systems to improve their business processes.

Opportunity to leverage existing subject matter expertise in governmental accounting, procurement, budgeting, human resource management, or systems implementation methodologies. Potential multiple growth paths including senior subject matter expert/consultant and future team lead/project management opportunities.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Participating on an Agile team to configure the solution, support implementation and test the output of Agile planning

• Supplementing and working at the direction of your team lead to drive test efforts forward

• Prepare for and run test defect review meetings, through managing incident and test management process

• Participate in client outreach and client solution design discussions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Organized with attention to detail and follow through

• Knowledge / experience with systems implementation or SDLC

• Critical thinking ability

• Ability to analyze and present data (via Excel, PowerPoint, etc) tailored for the audience

• Good client interaction skills, able to comfortable interact with client staff independently

• Solicit and interpret conceptual business needs and document requirements collecting data from multiple sources

Nonessential Skills Desired:

• Public Sector Government experience

• Functional knowledge of ERP

• Data analysis, SQL

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience in systems implementations

Skill Set/Years of Experience:

Business Analysis -- 1 + years of experience

Implementation experience – 1+ projects

Strong writing and oral communication


Experience in working with CGI Advantage or Workday is preferred

Skill Set/Years of Experience:

Data Analytics -- 1 years of experience

Agile -- 1 year of experience

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $44K-$75K*
