**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
• Primary areas of responsibility:
• The primary role is supporting incoming phone calls in a typical Help Desk environment. candidates will be taking incoming phone calls from internal and external customers during an 8 hour shift.
• Track, support, and monitor IT support requests to full resolution in a timely manner
• Act as the first line of support for end users by taking incoming phone calls, emails and chat
• The candidate will be responsible for resolving any issues with end user equipment and systems, which may involve dealing with vendors, end-users, other CGI support groups, and corporate management
• The position will require a pro-active approach including recommendations for improvements where necessary and reasonable
• The position will require tasks related to the deployment of end-user computing devices, which may include imaging workstations and end-user configuration. This will require the administrative functions of: scheduling, ticketing, shipping and receiving, tracking and reporting, and problem resolution
• Manage the physical inventory, which includes mobility devices, desktop and laptop computers, peripherals and other hardware, as approved by management
• Full documentation of physical inventory and support procedures is an expected responsibility of the position.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an IT support role or help desk environment
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems, various software applications, hardware, networking and, internet technologies
• Exceptional attention to detail is required
• Pro-active/self-starter – must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience documenting technical information into a knowledgebase and/or process documentation

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
Overview: Full-cycle contract administration responsibilities, which as a minimum, includes oversight of detailed financial/funding requirements of multi-CLIN contracts, RFP/RFQ analysis, subsequent proposal preparation review/support, negotiations, post-award contract set-up and administration, close collaboration with subcontracts/procurement/finance/ program management, etc., and support for contract closeouts, all in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer/contract specifications.
The position requires the individual to work closely and develop good working relationships with Contracting Officers externally, and all internal stakeholders by establishing routine, professional communications, both verbally and in writing. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigned agency(s) procurements/contracts and responsible for maintenance of contract data in company database(s), contract files, and the submission of ad-hoc reporting and research, as needed.
Will be responsible for collaborating with proposal teams on proposal efforts for new competitive and sole source procurements for follow-on work or other pursuits as assigned. May also be responsible for detailed review and collaboration on smaller non-competitive responses, to include ROM estimates and RFI responses, including final electronic submission and correspondence with the government’s designated acquisitions workforce as applicable.
Will be expected to be mature, professional, and have the ability to think independently to resolve problems using proactive concepts, techniques, standards, and apply a general business acumen as it applies to contract management.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
BA/BS plus minimum 7 years relevant experience. Additional years relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Strong preference to federal government (Non-DoD) acquisition experience.
Must have excellent analytical skills, effective written and oral communication skills, effective negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Must understand the broader impact of proposed or awarded work and contract terms on the company, be able to identify and resolve contract issues with guidance as necessary and advise program staff and management of contractual rights and obligations.
Applicant must have a strong working knowledge of contract administration principles and possess working knowledge of U. S. Government procurement regulations (FAR/Agency Regs, as applicable).
Ability to directly and professionally interact and negotiate with government acquisitions personnel and teaming partner personnel.
Demonstrated ability to identify issues and problems on assigned contracts and make independent recommendations to direct supervisor(s), program staff, and business unit management.

Experience negotiating NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and similar legal instruments is preferred.
Experience with COTS Software Product licensing will be considered a plus;
Professional Contracts certification or related coursework will be considered a plus;
