Position Description:
CGI Federal has an immediate need for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations for the US Federal government. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in partnership to address program needs and keep program objectives on track.
You will be responsible for supporting the program’s onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as the main point of contact between the DOJ Security team, management and personnel during the clearance process, producing weekly financial and staffing deliverables, and for providing general operational support to the geographically-dispersed DOJ program.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Process the onboarding and offboarding paperwork necessary to properly onboard and offboard resources to the program in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as point of contact for candidates and members for issues related to the government’s sponsorship, network access, etc.
• Work closely with the government counterparts to facilitate their security process and ensure all security requirements are met.
• Communicate frequently and effectively to ensure a timely and accurate onboarding and offboarding process.
• Communicate and report on onboarding statistics on a timely basis.
• Perform accurate and timely updates and maintenance to the program’s MS SharePoint onboarding roster and offboarding tracker.
• Assist with frequent data compilation and analysis, including weekly staffing and financial deliverables.
• Support team communications, including coordination of in-office and virtual events
• Provide support for recruiting and staffing activities as needed.
• Organize and coordinate workload independently among constant deadlines and shifting priorities
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as needed and requested by the client and management
• Continuously seek to improve and enhance the clearance and onboarding experience to ensure efficient and timely processing of members onto the team
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience performing in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Solid MS office abilities to include Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Outlook and MS Word.
An outstanding ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
Mature, teachable, self-motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic, the successful candidate will be a proactive and a great teammate.
Must be thorough while maintaining and consistently displaying multi-tasking abilities in a busy, professional environment and be able to exhibit problem solving abilities.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Ability to maintain professionalism as well as effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the CGI, subcontractors and the government client.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40,800 - $80,900.
