Position Description:

Receptionist/Data Entry The Front Desk receptionist is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the company by delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and providing support to all team members.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Office Management to include liaison between Members and IT/Security/HR, account management between office vendors, expense reporting on purchases made for/by the division on the purchasing card, and ordering/shipping/receiving/invoicing coordination with all vendors. In addition:

  • Act as main receptionist for the Lafayette office; primary POC for visitors and guests, ensuring 100% compliance of those with the security/visitor procedures in effect for the facility.

  • Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner; using proper phone greeting techniques. Address callers' requests and/or taking appropriate messages.

  • Lead event coordinator for the facility, ensuring that all CGI sponsored events, trainings, etc. are promoted and facilitated within this office space.

  • Sign for packages from FedEx, UPS and check mail and keep a log of incoming packages.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

A high school diploma plus three years of experience. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Excellent customer service skills are required. Ability to multi-task.
