We are seeking a Program Coordinator and Support Professional to join our Healthcare Practice. This is the chance to support a cutting-edge technology team responsible for building modern and flexible applications for the federal government.
This role can be located anywhere in the U.S. However, preferred locations are Baltimore, MD, Fairfax, VA, Belton, TX or Lafayette, LA
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Project coordinator/manager skills- status reporting, deliverables creation and organization, meeting facilitation.
• Expectation to have knowledge of activities across team and strong team presence to help drive program goals. Maintain Roadmap threat awareness per PI and Sprint carryover/Defect trending, team blockers, etc. Coordinate roadmap alignments with scrum teams, and provide support to Release Train Engineer and other leadership as needed.
• Ability to create deliverables for a variety of formats and present those deliverables to the Program Manager and the Client (e.g., Sprint delivery memos, COR monthly status report)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelors degree and 6+ years of experience
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, briefing and presentation skills client-facing when required
• Support Program Manager with various requests and data inquiries.
• Mid-Level knowledge of SAFE/Agile software development methodology and CI/CD pipeline principles
• Quality and Performance metrics strategy, planning, measurement and monitoring
• Use of standard Tools: MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Zoom
• Basic information assurance and security management skills a plus
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 - $130,600
