Position Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic System Analyst/Healthcare SME to join our growing team in Lafayette, LA. The individual in this role would be responsible to interact with Business and IT partners with highly polished health care subject matter expertise. our software development team and working under the agile methodology. We are seeking a candidate who has proven healthcare skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Excellent Healthcare experience. Specialization in Utiliztion and Case management, Claim processing will be an advantage.

• Capable of interacting with business and IT partners with healthcare accumen

• Developer experience with Java and strong Database skills

• Excellent Communication (vocabulary and articulation) skills

• Working Experience in Agile environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Skills – Health Care, Java, System Analyst

7+ years of Healthcare experience

4+ years of Java experience

3+ years of Database Programming experience

2+ years of Agile experience

Bachelor Degree
