Position Description:

The Customer Success Partner (CSP) is a strategic customer-focused advisor responsible for Credit portfolios, prioritization, and challenges for Credit Solutions IP customers. This position will partner directly with customers and CGI Business Unit engagement managers to drive return on our customers' investments.

The position will be crucial to our customers’ success through partnership to modernize the customer’s strategic direction with our world-class technology solutions and unmatched Credit domain expertise. Location for this potion is flexible but should be in proximity to a CGI office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as Credit thought leader and customer advocate

• Maintain visibility of all new opportunities and change requests

• Responsible for priorities of all new opportunities and change requests

• Responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction

• Owns or delegates all escalations to or from the client

• Responsible for understanding client Credit roadmaps

• Works closely with Client Services Delivery Leads to ensure the roadmap is executed to meet customers’ needs

• Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with engagement managers to establish a path to a modernized Credit system and technologies

• Analyze usage and incident patterns to provide insights and guidance

• Liaise between customers and internal teams

• Gain consensus with key customer stakeholders

• Measure the results of customer satisfaction and result

• Collaborate and communicate with CGI Business engagement managers to ensure alignment on plans

• Drive transparency of current execution states and scorecards for the assigned portfolio

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

• More than 8 years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes

• More than 5 years of Credit experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build effective strategy and roadmap while partnering with customers

• Ability to interact with and influence all levels from individual contributors to executives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams

• Self-motivated, highly collaborative, energetic, creative, goal-oriented, and team-centric

• Ability to conduct value analysis around ROI


• Commitment to agile delivery and career growth

• Project and change management methodology knowledge and/or first-hand experience

• Ability to work under pressure

• Proven record of meeting performance goals

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $135,000-$200,000*

*Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado. Therefore, this good faith salary range will only apply where this described position will be performed in the state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other locations or for other positions.
