CGI Federal is searching for a self-starter to support one of our Directors within our Regulatory Agency Programs business unit who has a large account portfolio. The ideal candidate will be able to provide right-hand support in the areas of project coordination, project financial management, presentation creation, and other duties as requested. We're looking for someone with vision and who is creative!
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Help with day to day tasks surrounding a very busy account portfolio
Light business development work; entering contracts into tracking system
Project management support and coordination
Financial management support
Create and/or edit PowerPoint presentations
Attend meetings and interact with clients when needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
5+ years of project management or support experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong relationship management skills and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in working with tracking systems and databases
Ability to learn quickly, take direction well, and work independently. A real self-starter!
