Position Description:

As a Senior Insights Analyst at CGI, you will be responsible for applying specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Integrating established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices; good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develop solid understanding of industry practices and standards.

You will demonstrate detailed knowledge to promulgate Banking industry standards and practices across project implementations. Document current, interim and target states for the impacted Business Systems aligned with technical design authority / architecture review board, implemented as intended and aligned with the Enterprise-wide guide rails and policies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Capture, consolidate and analyze industry information (Technology, Banking).

Produce summary reports and recommendations.

Perform competitive analysis and benchmarks.

Conceptualize, lead and run key consumer insights projects across multiple lines of business including work to support new product development, marketing communications, and Omni channel customer experience.

Act as the research and insights subject matter authority - articulate a deep understanding and knowledge of various research methodologies to partners, including qualitative, quantitative and mixed method approaches.

Own and run the research process from end to end (e.g. objectives, survey/guide development, analysis plan, reporting, etc).

Ensure the quality of research is outstanding and employs the most thorough and up to date methods.

Communicate and present findings in written and oral form to partners, including peers and senior leaders.

Work closely with vendors, internal partners, and agencies to ensure research is completed on schedule and within budget.

Follow all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.

Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Excellent understanding of Retail Banking systems - ability to craft how this technology can be best applied to increase team velocity and reduce cost of ownership using cloud first approach.

A deep understanding of technology and technology trends.

Understand the business processes of the enterprise in which they work, and how those processes work with other peer enterprises in the industry.

Experience across a variety of architectures, technologies and approaches using Core Banking Platforms.

Understanding of Event driven microservice architectures; benefits, patterns, pitfalls and operational considerations.

Hands-on experience in Tableau and SAS.

Big data and machine learning experiences are a plus (R, Python, Pyspark, etc.).

The ability to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives.

Knowledge of the Data Management and Reporting techniques.

Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing mobile solutions.

Good written and verbal communications skills.

Good partner management and influencing skills.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $120,000-$180,000*
