The Client Engagement Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of work activities with the key clients in the state of Florida who have engaged CGI for Salesforce projects, managing internal CGI relationships as well as client relationships. This Consultant will report into the Director of Client Strategy and Development and work with the Director on existing clients and building strategy and capturing new clients.
This role must be located at one of the following locations: Jacksonville, FL or Any location in Florida
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Project Management of work activities with existing clients include:
Assist with the internal and external management of project work
Project Financial Management
Client Stakeholder Management
CGI Partner Management
Assist with business development opportunities with existing and new clients
New Salesforce projects and Consulting Services
Managed Services and Ongoing Maintenance Support
Digital Transformation Services
Other CGI solutions and IP
Client Engagement and Development
Consult and Advise clients and prospects on innovative solutions and methodologies for achieving digital transformation goals
Coordinate/Facilitate digital workshops in partnership with Emerging Technology Practices
Create/contribute to quarterly business reviews and proposal development
Participate in Client and Member Satisfaction Plans
Client Development Plan / Roadmap Expectations
• Participate in the creation and tracking of client development plan outcomes
• Contribute to overall development of Florida client development, growth, and retention
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 5 years experience in commercial business and/or IT industry required
• Strong oral and written communication skills – This role will need to be able to communicate appropriately with key stakeholders and multiple teams
• Strong project management skills and detailed oriented required
• Ability to build key relationships within CGI and with clients
• Ability to build, execute and maintain complex and strategic client development plans
• Good analytical, problem solving, and reading comprehension skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of IT development processes
• Salesforce expertise and understanding of the Salesforce platform highly desirable
