Position Description:

In this role, you will work closely with professionals across strategy, technology, and operations disciplines to identify opportunities to drive clients to automated solutions. Ideal candidates will bring a well-rounded skill set capable of spanning strategic, business and technical disciplines and be comfortable working with client and CGI teams to shape early stage ideas into fully assessed, designed, and implemented solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Leverage established continuous improvement (i.e. Lean and Six Sigma…) methodologies to map current state processes and value streams including, process profiles, timings, counts, roles and responsibilities along with other key data elements.

• Translate voice of the customer information in measurable characteristics

• Assist in establishing processes for business leaders to measure, manage, track, and report operational project results and corresponding financial business benefits

• Identify and implement Best Practices

• Provide updates regarding the progress of Continuous Improvement activities

• Assist in developing communications to the various organizational stakeholders regarding the Continuous Improvement value proposition and the ‘What’s in It for Me’ to driving improved business performance.

• Develop standard operating procedures, policies, job aids, process improvement programs, and process communications.

• Observe project activities, examine project artifacts, and assess compliance to established plan, procedures, and ISO standard.

• Track performance against existing contract requirements, Quality Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Service Level Agreements

• Coordinate and track corrective and preventative action plans

• Coordinate and track process improvement plans

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree plus a minimum of five years of experience. In addition:

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Desire to work in an information systems environment.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• US Citizenship is required.
