Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the FBI Academy in Huntsville, AL

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Material Handler/Logistic and Mailroom support:

The scope of the duties for this position include the following: Works in the Logistics Management/Mail/Warehousing field with the following general duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and physical tasks associated with the shipping, receiving and delivery of goods.

  • Loading, unloading and handling of good and materials onto/off vehicles

  • Distribution and delivery of goods

  • Receipt and inspection of goods

  • Be familiar with various software systems such as Windows, Excel, MSWord, etc

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

a. Must possess an ACTIVE Secret Clearance

b. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills c. Must possess a valid driver's license d. Be able to lift in excess of 50# e. Operate a forklift, pallet jacks or other associated material handling equipment.

f. Receive training and certifications in the processing of hazardous, flammable or explosive materials.

g. Receive training in the operation of X-ray and biological safety equipment.
