Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst III (Fleet Operation) to support FBI in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Vehicle movement in support of Fleet monthly schedule to include Tours, TDY’s, Training Events ect.

Track Preventative Maintenance schedules, ensure cleanliness of vehicles for follow-on reservations

Admin: Submit Purchase Requests, Collect Monthly Mileage Reports, input AMS entries of mileage/maintenance

• Implements governmental vehicle activities consistent with policies and procedures to promote safe, cost-effective, and appropriate operation of government vehicles

• Disseminates vehicle and safety information to drivers

• Collects, reviews, and maintains information such as monthly vehicle usage reports, mileage reports, etc.

• Provides reports, as requested, to the Fleet Coordinator

• Coordinates with a variety of vendors to schedule maintenance and repair work

• Move and stage vehicle for events, reservations, service, etc.

• Input data for scheduling and maintenance details

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must posses active TOP SECRET Clearance

CDL License highly recommended but not required

Flexible work schedule – Tasks continually changing

Training – maintain required FBI/CGI
