Position Description:

This Solution Developer is responsible for the development of the overall vision and transforms that vision into the proposed solution. This Solution Developer is responsible for combining guidance from different enterprise architecture viewpoints (business, information, technical and implementation) in order to meet business requirements while aligning to the technical requirements. This Solution Developer becomes involved with a project at the time of inception and is involved in the functional analysis (FA) of the initial requirements. This Solution Developer works very closely with the business, information, and technical architects to ensure proper implementation. They are the link between the needs of the organization and the Architects.

• Understand business and technical requirements of components assigned to him or her

• Develop and document detailed designs using client standards and templates

• Develop and document unit test plans, execute unit testing and document results

• Support Project Testing efforts as needed like User Acceptance Testing, User Interface Testing, Integration testing, End-to-End Testing etc.

• Design, fix and unit test all defects identified in components assigned to him or her

• Perform ad-hoc technical activities or coordination activities as assigned from the Project Architect or Project Manager

• Provide daily status updates (method to be determined with Project Architect)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 5 years of experience Microsoft Technology stack (Programming, Database, Web, Console, SharePoint, Azure etc.)

• Minimum 5 years of experience with C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.net, HTML5, CSS, Vue/Angular/React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, API

• Minimum 5 years of experience Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer/TOAD

• Working knowledge of Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer/TOAD

• Experience with Windows server 2008/2012/2016 hosted on AWS or Azure

• Old Technologies would be a plus, but not required: Batch Scripts, VB Scripts, Visual Basic, Command line tools, Classic experience ASP etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate with large variety of stakeholders and users (Business users, Management, Architects etc)_.)

• Ability to communicate with teams and users from different regions parts of the world on a regular basis

• Ability to analyze requirements, design, develop and deploy solutions

• Self starterSelf-starter, Team player

• Ability to lead teams at offshore centers

• Ability to own a product/solution from end to end

• History of working in Azure DevOps, Agile(SAFe), SCRUM environments

• Previous Oil and Gas experience is a plus
