Position Description:

CGI is seeking talented Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in helping the CGI team deliver exceptional quality service to our clients in an agile environment. You will support one of our key clients in South Carolina. As part of a fast paced, global team, you will assist users of Business Intelligence technology. The initial focus will leverage on data warehousing and reporting using many tools such as AbInitio, Microstrategy, PowerBI, and DataBricks. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be highly valued in this high profile position. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Respond to incidents in a production environment.

• Understand integration points and recognize when integration issues must be referred to a source/target system owner.

• Resolve problems by taking corrective actions or contacting the correct group.

• Resolve problems by making data-related changes as needed.

• Recognize and evaluate source code issues that must be escalated to Level-3 team members.

• Be available from 8:00 - 5:00 EST for the primary support activities.

• Be willing to occasionally work off-shift to support testing of production releases or batch support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Working knowledge of a Support Helpdesk

• Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to learn on the job.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer

• Basic database knowledge and ability to do SQL analysis.

• ETL experience (AbInitio, Informatica, DataStage, etc)

• Azure experience a plus or other Cloud environment

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $40K-$85K*
