CGI is currently searching for a Systems Administrator/Engineer with experience in Citrix and VMWare for a full-time, direct hire role supporting the Defense Media Activity (DMA) at Ft. Meade.
Active Secret Clearance required per Federal contract.
DoD 8570 IAT Certification Level III
VMWare Certified Professional (VCP6-DCV) or Citrix Certified Professional Virtualization (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Professional Networking (CCP-N)
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Oversee network operations of network enclaves to include unclassified and classified local area networks and external connections.
Perform information security inspections, to include reviewing system and network vulnerability scans, and prepares reports that include findings and recommendations for correction of deficiencies.
Monitor the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and ensures that all Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts, bulletins, and advisories are acknowledged and patches are applied to all enclave networks/systems in a timely manner.
Complies and Implements Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification and accreditation processes that identify architecture, requirements, objectives and policies for enclaves; IA personnel, processes and procedures
Adhere to and enhance IT security policies by conducting and analyzing network security assessments. Administer centralized patch management, vulnerability scanning and remediation, intrusion detection and web threat protection, and centralized logging management.
Familiarity with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) are the configuration standards for DOD IA and IA-enabled devices/systems.
Experience with DoD security specific requirements
Experience with applying and solving technical challenges of DoD STIGs.
Familiar in designing, architecting, supporting a Citrix XenApp and VDI environment
Familiar in designing, architecting, and supporting a VMWare environment
Familiar in supporting a heterogeneous Server Infrastructure environment
Familiar with Microsoft technologies and platforms, including Windows Server 2008 R2/2012, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, DNS, DHCP, SQL Server
Familiar with supporting VMware vSphere and Citrix NetScaler
Familiar with supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and VMWare with vSphere.
