Put your years of experience into a future of excellence at CGI. CGI is seeking an experienced Biometrics Instructor to support operations at our Ft. Huachuca, AZ location.
Develop and update training products and present training to units receiving tactical biometrics collections devices, (to include emerging systems) and using BEI products. These services include, but are not limited to development of new systems training products, System Training Plan (STRAP), Training Support Package (TSP), Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP), collective and individual training products, doctrine, and resident/non-resident training products and the DTT.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide support to any formal testing of Biometrics training products to include Verification and Validation of support manuals, provide input in the certification of test players, development of the Training Test Support Package and the Operational Test Readiness Statement – Training documents.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
A Bachelor's Degree AND 1 year of directly related experience is required for this position. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
Possess tactical experience in a mixture of Army MOS’ relating to Intelligence Analyst (35F), HUMINT Collector (35M), CI Agent (35L), MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator (35T), Military Police (31B), Information Technology Specialist (25B), Computer Detection Systems Repairer (94F) or their comparable Area of Concern for Warrant Officer and Officers.
As some training will occur in a tactical environment all personnel must to physically able to lift “2 person lift” cases 80-90 lbs. each, wear a Kevlar Helmet, ride in vehicles on unimproved roads, travel via both fixed and rotary winged aircraft, and sleep on cots.
Meet the government administered Biometrics certification plan standard within 45 days of hire; apply for an international driver’s license within 30 days of start date; able to travel up to 50% of the time both CONUS and OCONUS.
DOD 8570.1M IAT II with a current baseline certificate and computing environment certificate; experience in computer systems administration.
All instructors will have completed the Army Basic Instructor Training Course, or equivalent.
Possession of an ACTIVE Secret security clearance is required to begin employment.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
Biometrics Enabled Intelligence Training (BEI) Identity and Intelligence (I2) Training, National Ground Intel Center (NGIC) Training or knowledge. Biometrics experience with SOF elements.
