Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Threat/Risk Management Analyst V to support the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) a division of DOJ in Falls Church, VA.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and production of intelligence products that assess risk and threats to the DOJ/EOIR’s people, assets, and reputation. The position is responsible for deploying analytical techniques, tools, and tradecraft to identify and report threats and risks. They will provide anticipatory warning, analysis of information, and course of action recommendations in support of mitigation strategies. The candidate will be able to interact successfully with personnel across multiple Federal agencies. They are expected to be a creative thinker – capable of spotting and forecasting emerging trends and threats while outlining mitigation techniques.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Support high severity events by coordinating with the Office of Security leadership and providing status updates to leadership and internal customers

• Contribute towards the development and implementation of the intelligence strategy

• Engage with Federal agencies for incident and impact clarification

• Build capabilities that deliver early risk and threat identification

• Participate in after-hours on-call escalation support as-needed

• Partner with on-site leads and internal teams to ensure effective analysis

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for imminent threat and risk identification

• Design, organize, and deliver effective intelligence products to all levels of the DOJ/EOIR

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant/equivalent experience working within a private or government sector intelligence position

Years direct experience leading, managing, or developing global risk analysis and threat mitigation products for customers

Years domestic and/or internationally-focused intelligence work, portfolio, and expertise (regional or functional experience)

Must be able to obtain DOJ issued clearance and meet all security requirements

Must be able to pass CGI Federal background check
