Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator (Management Analyst IV) to support our Department of Justice client, Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). Help increase our Immigration Court’s operational efficiency by working alongside HQ key management analysis and court personnel to support the EOIR mission and increase efficiency of critical HQ and immigration court functions.

a. Document, develop, and maintain user-friendly instructions, aides, assessments, checklists, etc. on all critical court functions including mitigation plans/ideas.

b. Development and maintain instructional aides, etc for the Chief Immigration Judge’s special interest matters (Specialized Dockets, Performance Measures, Presidential Executive Orders, GAO findings, enhanced ACIJ responsibilities, docketing practices, maximize adjudicatory capacity such as minimizing dark courtrooms, etc).

c. Development of stakeholder surveys & interview questions (for Court Staff, BAR, DHS, etc).

d. Work with management team and specialists to support any special project assigned under the Chief Clerk or the Chief of Business Development and act as liaison with other EOIR components including Office of Technology, Board of Appeals, Admin, Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer, Office of General Council, Office of Policy and Office of the Director.

e. Support Chief Clerk, Business Development Chief and/or Senior Project Manager concerning and regarding tasks in their purview to provide analytical guidance, senior technical solutions, performance and/or troubleshooting of system issues and priorities. Act as lead technical liaison for Office of Technology projects, participating in requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing of system upgrades and new software initiatives.

f. Collect information from EOIR components for Office of the Director data calls, conduct complex data analysis in order to create new business intelligence reports for HQ key management.

g. Ensure performance standards in their area(s) of responsibility are met. Ability to Troubleshoot and handling more complex and sensitive transactions as needed.

h. Must be able to maintain effective and congenial working relationships with government employees and support staff across multiple government agencies and EOIR components.

The skills required by the contractor specialists to perform required functions include at least a Bachelor’s degree and two (2+) years relevant experience in program management and instructional plan development (preferred). Specific skills include:

a. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to conduct analysis, perform reviews and produce custom reports

b. Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word to produce reports, develop instructional aides, etc.

c. Working knowledge of available computer software (databases, statistical reporting programs such as Power BI and modeling packages)

d. Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills

e. Ability to develop instructional aides, operational plans, and similar products

f. Ability to determine methods for finding and/or collecting data

g. Experience in designing surveys and interview questions to collect and analyze data

h. Ability to collect data, analyze data and/or train others to collect data

i. Demonstrated organizational skills - Demonstrated customer service skills, including ability to communicate and respond to requirements under pressure

j. Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management, Business Management, or related field preferred

Ability to successfully complete a CGI Background Investigation to include, 50 State

Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records Checks to start employment.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Moderate Risk

Public Trust) to start employment.

• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.

• Possible travel (depends on the needs of the business)

• Some bending and lifting may be required (able to lift approx. 30 lbs)

• Possible filing may be required.

• This is an expected 40 hour work week position
