Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Data Analyst to support the DOJ Executive Office of Immigration Review. Support the DOJ Executive Office of Immigration Review in the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge. Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting of staffing requirements, staff allocation, and productivity metrics across 59+ immigration courts nationwide. Position requires communication and coordination with executive level management and development of assessments, charts and graphs, and presentations targeted to executive levels.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Technical ability to analyze complicated datasets, detect trends and patterns, develop conclusions, and provide recommendations

• Experience managing large complex projects involving diverse datasets

• Ability to work with data owners and management at all levels to discern requirements and develop compelling, articulate, and meaningful communications, reports and presentations

• Adept at fact-gathering and research methodologies

• Maintain and improve accuracy of data and methods of data collection and reporting

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability and flexibility to work independently, as part of a team, or leading a team

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Access.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, or the ability to learn Microsoft Sharepoint quickly.

• Problem solving and technical troubleshooting

• Adept at picking up new tools and technology

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Relevant college degree

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Must be U.S. Citizen

• Must be able to pass government public trust clearance investigation
