Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Strategic Alliance Relationship Manager to join our Government Solutions Strategic Operations Team to help drive the market share growth of our public sector solutions. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work within CGI’s product strategy and product development team(s) to identify and develop partnerships with “best in class” third party software and services companies to enhance CGI’s Enterprise Resource Planning software products, value proposition, and position in the market.

• Onboard and integrate new partners by taking ownership of third-party due diligence, third party agreement negotiations (ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract terms), and business development, and operational enablement.

• Support CGI capture teams to engage third partners in new opportunities by documenting business and technical requirements

• Develop, support and strengthen relationships with executives, sales, marketing, and operations with named partners. Maintain awareness of partner performance within CGI clients, including implementation, ongoing delivery, and vendor management.

• Align third party agreements to support CGI’s planned use of third party solutions,

• Analyze partnerships to set out a course of action and keep all parties aligned.

• Coordinate sales and technical enablement sessions between CGI and third parties.

• Increase brand awareness and demand through targeted sales & marketing campaigns and/or conference presence.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Strong Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning marketplace and software solutions.

• Strong understanding of relationships between Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

and the sales channel process for resellers.

• Strong Procurement background, including pricing and risk-mitigation strategies.

• Successful sales background.

• Leadership aptitude combined with a strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of IT

infrastructure, architecture, and back office systems and tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication (MS Office skills required) both internally and

externally

• Experience negotiating Procurement and Sales contract terms

• Quick learner: Able to quickly get-up to speed on a pursuit and/or solution

• Unafraid of learning new concepts

• Collegial personality: Ability to work interchangeably between independent activities and

team activities.

• Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and deal-making skills to reach a fair deal

• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partnership

performance

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,600 -$209,800.
