Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead with an expertise leading with large-scale organizational change effort(s) for transformational projects such as ERP, Salesforce or a global business process change.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the experienced OCM professional on our engagements are to:

• Design Communications plans specific to targeted stakeholder groups and develop communications that are compelling, persuasive, and visually attractive for appropriate channels

• Design, develop and monitor metrics that provide empirical evidence of OCM and Communications effectiveness

• Lead Executives and stakeholders to develop future state visions

• Establish and lead change champion networks

• Facilitate the definition, refining, and building out of governance standards and team charters

• Oversee the development of business process improvements, including standards and processes and stakeholder impacts and pain points

• Design and develop performance-based training materials

• Can live anywhere in US within distance of a CGI location.

• Ability to travel 90-100%

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Expertise leading with large-scale organizational change effort for a transformational project such as an ERP, Salesforce or a global business process change

• Expertise with change management principles and methodologies

• Experience developing Organizational Change Management Plans and executing them

• Experience developing Communication Plans and executing them including Web-site content

• Experience performing Change Readiness Assessment

• Workshop Facilitation including Executive Change Leadership sessions

• Experience developing Stakeholder Analysis

• Experience performing Organizational Workforce Development, Design and Strategic Alignment

• Experience overcoming Resistance

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization, including at C-level

• Strong analytic and decision making abilities

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio
